❥ REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Unless there is a defect or descriptions are grossly inaccurate, all made-to-order items are considered FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. . Always read descriptions fully and be sure to view photos for reference before ordering. Message me if you receive the wrong item, or if your package arrives damaged.
- I will be happy to exchange any item for store credit if requested within 10 days of receiving an item. Buyer is responsible for shipping back unworn item in good-as-new condition in order for the store credit to be applied.
- Rings:: Please have your ring size measured before purchasing a ring. I will be happy to resize a ring for you up to 1/2 size larger at no charge (you just pay shipping). Sizing down or or increasing the size drastically will cost $10 since essentially I will have to make a new ring.
- Chain:: I will be happy to shorten a necklace at no extra charge (you just pay shipping). Extending the length of the chain will be subject to a fee (up to $5).
❥ LIFE HAPPENS
I wish that some things could last forever, but accidents do happen, and things do break. Please remember that you are purchasing handmade jewelry. Most items are delicate and need to be worn and handled with care. In the event that your jewelry does break, I will be happy to fix it for you. Repairs are free of charge within the first 30 days of purchase, and a fee will apply thereafter. Buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to me, and for return shipping cost.
