What is ShopLately?

Here at ShopLately, you’ll find a collection of stellar fashion goodies from brands and retailers large and small. Each day, thanks to our sellers, we bring you Sale Events packed with limited-time offers and discounts as well as regularly-priced items. We want you to browse, discover, shop, and enjoy.


What’s a Sale Event?

Our sellers love a good sale. Sale Events are limited-time sales on certain items. Sale Events can be long or short, big or small, but you won’t know if you don’t look. So make sure you’re on the lookout for Sale Events, and even better, make sure you’re all signed up to get our daily goody-filled email!


What happens to items when Sale Events end?

Great question! When a Sale Event is over, the sale items are then redistributed on ShopLately at an everyday or retail price. If an item does not have an everyday or retail price, it may be removed from ShopLately altogether.


How long do Sale Events last?

Sale Events can last for as few or as many days as the seller decides. If a Sale Event catches your eye, just give it a click and you’ll see a countdown clock telling you how much longer the event will run.


How can I find out which Sale Event is happening each day?

Sign up for our lovely and convenient daily email, displaying all featured sales along with those that are gonna be ending soon. Pretty pictures included.


How do I navigate through ShopLately?

We encourage you to simply browse and discover. But, of course, if you’re looking for something specific, you can always use the filtering and sorting options. Filter by category or store, or sort by what’s new or what’s popular, and by price.


How do I purchase items?

Just load up your tote with whatever your heart desires -- from everyday price items to Sale Event items. The checkout process is quick and easy.


How do I know my credit card information is safe?

We work with a very reliable company called Authorize.net, to guarantee your security when placing orders on ShopLately.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of our sellers ship their items directly to you (and not to us). Shipping time varies from one seller to the next, but an estimated ship date is displayed for each item. Also, keep in mind that if you order items from different sellers, the items will arrive in separate packages and likely at different times.


Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently do not ship outside of the US. We are working on it, though. It may take some time but bear with us! We will let everyone know when we start shipping internationally. Thank you for your interest and we hope to serve you in the future.


How much does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping and handling varies from seller to seller. Each seller sets their shipping fee to a specific price no matter the size of your order. However, if an individual item or items shipping cost exceeds that of the flat shipping rate set by the seller, then the shipping fee of the total order defaults to the shipping rate of that item.


How does Free Shipping work?

Free shipping offers vary from seller to seller. Since free shipping is seller-dependent, you may not combine free shipping offers from different sellers. The seller may or may not set a minimum order requirement before you can receive free shipping. If your item(s) do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping rate will then default to the flat rate specified by the seller. If you have an item in your cart that does not qualify for free shipping, the total shipping cost will default to the item with the highest shipping fee.


Why won't my credit card go through?

Are both your billing and shipping addresses in the United States? We currently only accept credit cards based in the US. If both of these are based in the US, please make sure that your billing address matches exactly the billing address on your credit card statement. This is for accuracy of charges and your safety.


How do I check the status of my order?

Visit your "Purchases" page by clicking “My Account” at the top of the page and then selecting it from the drop down menu. You can view and manage all of your current and past orders.


How do I cancel my order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you have 30 minutes to cancel it by visiting your Purchases page. If the cancel option does not appear next to your order, the 30 minutes are up and the order has already been processed. Once you’ve received the item, you can return it to receive a refund in the original form of payment.


Can I purchase an item as a gift?

Currently, you can only ship your order to a single address. But, stay tuned for more options!


How do I print a receipt?

Visit your Purchases page, then click the Confirmation # of the order you’d like a receipt for.


How do I leave feedback about a purchase?

Visit your Purchases page, select your order you’d like to leave feedback for, then select “Share Feedback” from the More options menu. From there, you can select a rating and leave your comment. Keep in mind that feedback can be edited at any time.

DISCLAIMER: If false feedback is provided by a customer the merchant will be given the opportunity to present evidence for the false feedback to be removed by ShopLately.


How do I unsubscribe from daily emails or delete my account?

To unsubscribe from our daily emails, go to your account and select Settings -> Email Edit, then click “Unsubscribe.” If you’d like to delete your account entirely, please contact customer service and they will be more than happy to help you.


How do I contact a seller if I have a question?

Visit your Purchases page and select “Contact Seller” from the More Options menu. Just enter your message and send, and you can expect to hear back from the seller soon.


What are My Faves?

My Faves is a list of your favorite stores and items. It’s meant to help you keep an eye on select goodies and stores.


How do I mark stores and items as Faves?

Just click the little heart next to any item or store and we’ll add it your list. Click it again to remove it from your Faves.



Wait List

How do I join the wait list for a product I want?

Something you want is sold out? A lot of the time sellers are able to restock on sold out items so please add yourself to the wait list. Click the large pink "join wait list" button in the product listing. Once the seller updates the inventory for a sold out item you will be notified by email. You will be able to open the product listing from the email you received and then purchase. Its that easy so you don't miss out on something you really wanted!



Returns

How do return policies work?

Return policies may vary from seller to seller. If your item’s seller has their own return policy, it can be viewed on their store page or on individual item pages. If your item’s seller does not have a return policy, then please refer to the ShopLately terms below.


Can I return an item?

Yes, unused and unworn items in their original condition and with all original packaging can be returned, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You will receive a refund for the price of the item in your original form of payment. You will not be refunded for shipping and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Since we offer limited time sales and sometimes have limited stock, we are unable to accept exchanges. If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, simply return it for a refund.


How long do I have to return an item?

Not happy? Making a return is simple. Go to your Purchases page to request a return within 21 days after your order was shipped. Once your return has been requested, please ship your item within 3 business days. If it’s shipped in over 3 business days, we cannot guarantee a refund, and the item will be shipped back to you. Also, keep in mind that some items on ShopLately are marked as “final sale,” meaning they cannot be returned at any time.


How do I return an item?

Under “My Account”, click “Purchases”. Select the item from the order of which you want to return. Click the “See Details” link. Click the “More Options” menu and select the option of “Return Items”. As you scroll down, you will be able to print a Return Label. To guarantee your return, you must ship your items(s) within 3 days after requesting the return.


What do I do if an item arrives damaged or its the wrong product/s?

Visit your Purchases page, select the corresponding order, and select “Contact Seller” from the More Options menu. Let the seller know about the condition of your item, and the seller will take care of the issue.

  • Merchant will fully refund the cost of transaction, including the shipping cost.
    • Merchants has right to request proof of damaged product: i.e. Picture
  • If Merchant expect to receive damaged/wrong products back
    • Merchant will have to provide pre-paid return label, or
    • Merchant may offer SL credit to cover the cost of return shipping cost: Merchant must make a request to SL Admin.*
    • The customer must agree with this condition and email proof is required.
    • If there is any dispute, please contact SL Admin.

Can I return multiple items at a time?

Items from the same order and same seller can all be returned in the same shipment. However, items from different sellers should be shipped in separate packages back to the sellers who shipped them to you.



Credit

You will earn a $10 ShopLately credit when you sign up to ShopLately using your Facebook account. Your Facebook account must be authentic with AT LEAST 5 friends. If you do not sign up using Facebook, you will not be eligible to receive the $10. Credit is applied on subtotals of $15 or more.

$15 Bonus: There are many ways to earn bonuses! Get a $15 credit every time:

  • A new friend accepts your invitation and makes a purchase within 60 days of signing up on ShopLately
  • You share a product or sale event via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ or email and friends buy through your link

Please note, friends must spend at least $15 in a single transaction with a credit card in order for you to earn credits.


How much ShopLately credit can I earn?

You can keep earning with ShopLately until you reach $1,000 in credits. That's a whole lot of jewelry and accessories!



Why didn’t I earn any credit when my friend made a purchase?

$15 Bonus: Friends must place a single order of $15 or more (excluding ShopLately credit) within 60 days of joining ShopLately. You can earn a maximum of one purchase bonus per friend. If we suspect that the Facebook accounts belonging to the friends you invited are fake, we reserve the right to withhold any credit awarded to your ShopLately account.



How do I use my ShopLately credit?

If you have ShopLately credit, it will automatically be applied to your purchase if your subtotal is $10 or more(excluding shipping and tax).


What happened to my ShopLately credit?

ShopLately credit expires six (6) months after it is awarded. Better get shopping!



Affiliate Program

How does the affiliate program work?

By becoming our affiliate, you can earn money by sharing ShopLately goodies on your own blog or website. We’ll whip up some customized links so you can share the goods, and then we’ll pay you 10% of the money generated from sales that come directly from your site.

How do I manage my affiliate account once I’ve joined?

Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be directed to a welcome page that will provide you with more details about the program and allow you to finish setting up your account. Also, keep in mind that if you earn over $600 in a year through the affiliate program, we will ask that you send us a W-9 form.


Why does it look like I earned less than 10% on a sale?

If someone makes a purchase via your affiliate link and applies a ShopLately credit to cover part of the cost of the purchase, your earnings will be lowered accordingly. In other words, you'll receive 10% of the amount paid after the credit was applied. If someone makes a purchase via your affiliate link using only ShopLately credit, then you won't earn any money on the sale.
